Here’s a thought that comes to mind as well: Apple has helped all of those other companies in a big way. The products they put out utilize energy consumption. Yes, they may be more energy-efficient than many competitors’ products but from start to finish, manufacture and shipping globally, a lot of oil-produced fossil fuel is consumed. My point: there is so much room, cushion and profit for these companies to move from fossil fuel to clean, renewable energy. The numbers speak and the time has come. parislemon: This is actually the craziest chart about Apple following their insane earnings today. There is exactly one company on that entire list that is not an oil and gas company. And they’re not that far from the top.
